How to Complete an Order

1- You can order any product through the website, and a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the order, clarify all details, and answer all product-related inquiries before manufacturing begins.

2- You can also place an order by contacting customer service and sending the product name or image. A specialist will then send a comprehensive price quote including product specifications and details.

3- After the client approves the order, one of the following payment methods will be chosen:

  • Issuing an electronic invoice for payment using Visa or Mastercard.

  • Bank transfer to the company's official account.

  • Sending a representative to collect the amount (in available areas).

4- For bank transfers, please send a photo or screenshot of the transfer receipt to confirm the payment.

5- If the due amount is not paid at least two days before the delivery date, the company reserves the right to reschedule the delivery date to the nearest available slot.

6- Ready-made products are delivered within 1 to 3 business days, while custom-made products with special sizes or specifications are delivered within 15 business days or less, depending on the product's nature and manufacturing requirements.

Advance Payment Terms

In the following cases, an advance payment is required before fulfilling the order:

  • When choosing cash on delivery for orders exceeding EGP 10,000, 15% of the total order value is paid in advance.

  • For deliveries to governorates outside Greater Cairo and Giza, 15% of the total order value is paid in advance.

  • For products with modified specifications or custom-made for the customer, 50% of the total order value is paid in advance.

Advance Payment Methods

Advance payments can be made using one of the following methods:

  • An electronic payment link sent by customer service via WhatsApp or the company's official social media pages, which can be used to pay easily and securely with a Visa or Mastercard.

  • Transfer to the company's official bank account.

The client will be provided with bank account details or the payment link after order confirmation.

Shipping and Lifting Fees

Some products may require additional fees for lifting if the elevator cannot be used or if products need to be lifted to high floors, especially above the fourth floor.

These fees are determined based on several factors, including:

  • Number of floors.

  • Staircase width.

  • Product size and weight.

  • Number of technicians required to complete the lifting process.

These fees are approved solely by Masnoo Furniture's customer service before delivery, and no additional payments should be made to the shipping team without consulting customer service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The customer can cancel an order before manufacturing or preparation begins without any additional fees.

  • If manufacturing has begun or special modifications have been made at the customer's request, the advance payment cannot be refunded.

  • If the company is unable to provide the product or complete delivery, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 7 business days.

Responsibility for Size Review

Please ensure that the required sizes are correct and that the product fits the designated space before confirming the order. The responsibility for reviewing final measurements lies with the customer before manufacturing or delivery begins.

Product Inspection upon Receipt

We kindly request the customer to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure its integrity and conformity to the order. In case of any observation or issue, please contact customer service within 48 hours of the receipt date to ensure prompt processing.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the governorate, geographical area, and nature of the order. The final delivery date will be confirmed by customer service after the order process is complete.

Delivery times may also be affected in exceptional circumstances due to operational or logistical conditions beyond the company's control.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are conducted through secure and accredited payment channels, and proof of payment, either electronic or paper, will be issued according to the chosen payment method.
