Can order details be changed after it's placed?

To make any changes to your order after it's placed, we will cancel the current order and create a new one with the requested changes within 4 days from the order date.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, simply contact us within 4 days from the order date, through:

If the order is prepaid, your deposit will be refunded through the original payment method.

 

If the order is canceled after 4 days, the prepaid deposit may be deducted to compensate for damages resulting from the commencement of product manufacturing.

 

Some products may have a different type and shape of attached accessories from the picture on the website, according to their availability in the Egyptian market. This does not prevent their quality and absence of any defects that would hinder the use of this product.

 

Some products "such as carpets" may differ slightly from the image displayed on the website due to lighting conditions used when photographing the product.  

 

The product is inspected by the customer before the delivery representative leaves. Receiving the product is considered an implicit acknowledgment of acceptance and its freedom from any technical defects that prevent its intended use.

You have 3 days from the date of receipt to inspect the product and ensure it matches the required specifications.

A video showing the unboxing process from the very first moment is required (to enable us to assist you if there is any defect in the product upon review).

Will I be charged for a return, or will I get a full refund?

We strive to deliver the best possible quality to your home, which is why manufacturers produce your product upon request. The product you receive is custom-made to suit your needs and can only be returned if it is damaged or does not match the required specifications.

 

If you request to return your product due to damage or content mismatch, you will receive a full refund for your order.

 In case of returning a product without manufacturing defects, the customer bears 15% of the product price in addition to the actual shipping cost of the product.

Product Return Conditions:

  • We encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse to accept it if there is any damage or mismatch between it and your order.

  • You can return your product if it is found to be defective within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in its original received condition and has not been used.

  • In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through the official communication channels mentioned above within 24 hours of delivery to report it. Please take at least 3 photos of the damage and send them with your return request.

  • In case of a change of mind, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery only if all product accessories are complete, in their original packaging, and the product is in its original condition. (Does not apply to custom-made furniture and decor products).

  • You can report missing parts/defective products received within 48 hours from the date of delivery, clarifying the nature of the damage/defect/shortage.

  • Products can only be returned if they have been installed by a technician (self-installation products are excluded, e.g., shelves, bathroom storage units, etc.).

  • Failure to apply any of the previous points will be considered as acceptance of the product(s) / or your return request may be rejected.

 

Masnoo Furniture has the right to cancel an order during the preparation period without stating reasons, according to the necessary procedures that led to the cancellation of a customer's order, which is the last decision Masnoo Furniture may resort to.

 

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from it. Although we will always do our best to accept all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that force us to refuse to accept an order after sending the order confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or for not accepting an order after sending the order confirmation.

 

 

Product Return Steps:

  • If you believe that at the time of delivery the product was not as described in the contract and had total defects preventing its use, you must contact us immediately via our communication channels or chat with us directly online through the feature on our website and provide details of the product and the damage incurred.

  • In case of minor defects that do not hinder the product's intended use, we will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part within a reasonable period.

  • You must return the product or hand it over to the shipping company we send to your home.

  • We will carefully inspect the returned product and notify you via email within a reasonable period, which may last up to seven business days from the date of return, whether the product can be exchanged or if you are entitled to a refund (as applicable). Payment or exchange of the item will be made as soon as possible (may take 7-10 business days) after the date we send you the email confirming that the refund or product exchange is proceeding.

  • If a defect or damage preventing the product's intended use is confirmed in the returned products, we will provide you with a full refund, including the fees paid by you for delivery and return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • In case of returning a prepaid product via Visa (if there is no defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer bears 3% of the administrative fees.

  • In case of returning a product paid via Valu (if there is no defect in the product) or canceling the order, the customer bears 5% of the administrative fees.

 

Our return policy is in compliance with consumer protection policy.

 

We provide installation service for all products except the following self-installation products, for example:
