Welcome to Masnoo Furniture. Masnoo Furniture is a social platform connecting homeowners and home professionals to a new world of home design.

These Terms of Use define the agreement between you and Masnoo Furniture Ltd. They govern your use of the products and services we offer through our website and applications (collectively referred to as "the Site," "Masnoo Furniture," or "Masnoo Furniture"). This agreement provides important information to you, including information about your obligations regarding your content, our limit of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes through individual arbitration and waiver of the right to participate in a class action lawsuit. By accessing Masnoo Furniture, you agree to the following terms.

Masnoo Furniture may provide translations of the English version of the Terms of Use into other languages. Any translation of the Terms of Use into other languages is for your convenience only, and the English version governs the terms of your relationship with Masnoo Furniture. Furthermore, if there is any contradiction between the English version of the terms and any translation, the English version of the terms shall prevail.

Using Masnoo Furniture

• Registration. Access to certain functions of the Masnoo Furniture platform will require registration with us. If you register with Masnoo Furniture, you agree to provide us with accurate information and update it as needed to ensure its accuracy. We treat the personally identifiable information you provide as part of registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can register for Masnoo Furniture using a third-party service (e.g., Facebook); by doing so, you grant us permission to access, store, and use your information from that service as permitted by that service and as described in our Privacy Policy. If you believe your account has been compromised or misused, contact Masnoo Furniture customer support immediately.

• Privacy Policy. You can access our privacy policy at any time through the Privacy Policy. By accessing the Masnoo Furniture platform, you agree to accept the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you are a registered user or not.

• Professional Profile. If you are a professional service provider, you can create a professional profile. If you do so, you grant us the right to list your professional profile in our service provider directory, and you will be able to communicate with others on the Masnoo Furniture platform while identified by your professional profile. Your professional profile is subject to our Professional Profile Policy.

• Termination. Masnoo Furniture reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to permanently or temporarily suspend your use of the site or service at any time and for any reason, without any notice or liability to you. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason or no reason, including if you violate any of Masnoo Furniture's policies. Upon termination of your use of the service, certain provisions will remain in effect after termination.

Acceptable Use

As part of Masnoo Furniture's use policy, you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the Masnoo Furniture platform to take any action or actions that would:

• Conflict with Masnoo Furniture's public image, goodwill, or reputation.

• Promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, and underage drinking.

• Violate our or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.

• Explicitly or implicitly suggest that any of your data, activities, or reasons are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent in each instance.

• Violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

• Be defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, violate privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.

• Transmit any trade secret or other non-public material or information about any person, company, or entity without authorization to do so.

• Restrict or inhibit any other visitor from using the Masnoo Furniture platform, including, but not limited to, by "hacking" or defacing any portion of the Masnoo Furniture platform.

• Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Masnoo Furniture platform.

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Masnoo Furniture platform.

• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise transfer any rights under the Terms to any third party, or commercially exploit or profit from the information or content of the Masnoo Furniture platform, or any part thereof, in any manner whatsoever, except as expressly permitted herein.

• "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Masnoo Furniture platform without our prior written permission.

• Distribute any viruses, worms, or other similar or malicious files, scripts, or programming routines.

• Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause excessive or disproportionate load on Masnoo Furniture's infrastructure or its licensors or suppliers.

• Engage in the preparation or distribution of spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other misleading or unsolicited bulk or commercial emails.

• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, or "data mine" the Masnoo Furniture platform or reproduce or in any way circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Masnoo Furniture platform or its contents, authentication, and security measures.

• Forge headers or manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any transmission.

• Perform any form of network monitoring or run a network analyzer, packet sniffer, or any other technology to intercept, decode, extract, or view any packets used for communication between the Masnoo Furniture platform servers or any data not intended for you.

• Harvest or collect information about any visitors or members of the Masnoo Furniture platform without their express consent; and/or

• Contain any reference or likeness to any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Your Content

• Definition of Your Content. The Masnoo Furniture platform allows you to post materials, including but not limited to photos, profile pictures, messages, and comments. You may also post reviews of third-party service providers or third-party products or services ("Reviews"). All materials you display on the Masnoo Furniture platform will be collectively referred to as "Your Content." You acknowledge and agree that as part of your use of the Masnoo Furniture platform, Your Content may be viewed by the general public and will not be treated as private or confidential.

License and Permission to Use Your Content. You hereby grant us and our affiliates, licensees, and sub-licensees, without compensation to you or others, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license (including the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, transmit, and distribute Your Content, or any portion thereof, worldwide in any format, media, or distribution method (whether now known or hereafter created) for the entire duration of any copyrights or other rights in Your Content. This permission shall be perpetual and may not be revoked for any reason and to the maximum extent permitted by law. Furthermore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive and undertake not to assert any moral rights you may have in Your Content. If you identify yourself by name or provide a photo or audio or video recording of yourself, you further authorize us and our affiliates, licensees, and sub-licensees, without compensation to you or others, to reproduce, print, publish, and broadcast in any format or medium (whether now known or hereafter created) your name, voice, and likeness worldwide, and this permission shall be perpetual and irrevocable for any reason, except as required by applicable law. You also agree that we may use Your Content in any way we deem appropriate or necessary. Ownership. We acknowledge and agree that you or your licensors, as applicable, retain ownership of any and all copyrights in Your Content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to us in the paragraph above, and that ownership of such copyrights is not transferred to us by this agreement. Furthermore, with respect to Your Content in the form of images, and subject to Masnoo Furniture's product and user experience considerations: (a) we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the attribution of such images as provided by you, and (b) we will not license or sublicense to third parties individual images or groups of images, except in each case for Masnoo Furniture's business purposes. "Masnoo Furniture's business purposes" means any use associated with a Masnoo Furniture-branded or co-branded website, application, publication, or service, or any use to advertise, market, or promote the Masnoo Furniture platform or the services or information contained therein, Masnoo Furniture, or its affiliates. Masnoo Furniture's business purpose specifically includes the use of Your Content on the Masnoo Furniture platform in connection with the features and functions that Masnoo Furniture provides to our users and which enable them to view and interact with Your Content. Your Responsibilities for Your Content. By posting Your Content on the Masnoo Furniture platform, you represent and warrant to us that you have the proprietary rights, or have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions from any necessary parties, to use Your Content in this manner. This includes obtaining the right to grant us the rights to use Your Content in accordance with this agreement. You are in the best position to judge whether Your Content infringes the intellectual property rights or personal rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for avoiding infringing the intellectual property rights or personal rights of others with respect to Your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any of these Terms of Use or any of Masnoo Furniture's copyright and trademark policies or any applicable law or regulation. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, and any other money due to any person because of Your Content. Limitations. We reserve the right to modify, shorten, or remove Your Content, in whole or in part, for any reason (which may include a reported violation of the Terms of Use or the Copyright and Trademark Policy). We reserve the right to modify, refuse to post, or remove Your Content submitted by you for any reason without notice. Reviews. Masnoo Furniture may enable you to post reviews. Reviews are considered Your Content. The site is simply a channel of communication where users can meet and interact with each other to buy and sell goods. Masnoo Furniture does not sell or buy goods, cannot be a party to any transaction, and is not bound in any way on behalf of the seller or buyer using the site. Masnoo Furniture does not guarantee the buyer's or seller's acceptance of the transaction or the seller's acceptance of the price return or refund. Users will not be held responsible for the content, actions, reactions, goods, or information they display. Masnoo Furniture is not responsible for non-compliance or the conclusion of a contract between (users, nor is it responsible for the transfer of legal ownership of goods from seller to buyer). The contract of sale for any goods will be bilateral between the seller and the buyer. Masnoo Furniture has no right, authority, or interest in any goods, and Masnoo Furniture has no obligation or claims regarding these goods for which a contract has been concluded between the seller and the buyer. Masnoo Furniture is not responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance by either party, nor for any loss, defect, or delay due to the unavailability of goods or delayed delivery. Masnoo Furniture is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or conflict between users. Masnoo Furniture does not control or guarantee the quality, security, and legality of any advertised goods. It does not control the honesty of users in terms of content and what they include in their description of goods, nor the ability of sellers to market their goods or the buyer's payment for the goods. Masnoo Furniture does not guarantee the quality, value, or marketability of products, and it is the responsibility of the seller and buyer to inspect all goods before selling them. Masnoo Furniture is not a supplier or manufacturer of any type of goods sold or purchased on the site. Masnoo Furniture does not represent or guarantee the user's specifications for their legality, credibility, and identity. Masnoo Furniture is not responsible for the security level of any external links (link) on the site, and if the link address on Masnoo Furniture pages is displayed on third-party pages, and that Masnoo Furniture does not guarantee the absence of viruses or any harmful means, you understand and agree that Masnoo Furniture is not responsible for the content or existence of such sites. Users must agree between themselves only on the terms and conditions of delivery and payment, as Masnoo Furniture is not responsible for such arrangements and only offers optional services for shipping and facilitating payment. Masnoo Furniture does not accept any claims arising from errors or omissions, whether obtained by third parties or third parties. You release Masnoo Furniture and/or any of its officers and representatives from any claim, dispute, costs, damages, liability, and any direct loss to any party arising from an act performed by site users, and you specifically waive any claim in this regard that arises.

By posting a review, you represent and agree to the following:

i. You are not (a) a director, employee, officer, or principal ("Interested Party") of the company whose products or services are being reviewed, (b) an Interested Party of a competitor of the company or individual whose products or services are being reviewed; or (c) otherwise related to the business or individual whose products or services are being reviewed; ii. Your review is based on your direct experience with the products, or the company or individual whose services are being reviewed; iii. Your opinion is accurate, honest, and complete; iv. Your review does not violate any of our policies, including through defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, privacy-violating, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene content; as determined by Masnoo Furniture in our sole and absolute discretion; v. If you have received financial compensation or another incentive for writing and submitting a review, it will be clearly and explicitly stated in the text of your review, even if the amount or value of this incentive is small; vi. You will not use the posting or removal of your review to demand payment from any company or individual, except that good-faith refund requests related to a bad customer experience are acceptable.

Our Content and Materials

• Definition of Our Content and Materials. All intellectual property rights in or related to the Masnoo Furniture platform (including, but not limited to, Masnoo Furniture marks, and Masnoo Furniture logo, but excluding Your Content), are owned by Masnoo Furniture Ltd., its affiliates, and its licensees ("Our Content and Materials").

Our License to You. Subject to these Terms of Use, including the restrictions below, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use and access our content and materials in connection with your use of the Masnoofurniture platform. Except as expressly agreed otherwise by us (such as your eligibility to create a professional profile or your entry into a vendor, seller, advertiser, or other agreement with us), your use of the Masnoofurniture platform shall be limited to non-commercial use. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Except for the rights and license granted in these Terms, we reserve all other rights and grant no other rights or licenses, implied or otherwise. No Endorsement or Verification. Please note that the Masnoofurniture platform provides access to third-party content, products, and services, and provides interactions with third parties over which we have no control. We assume no responsibility and do not endorse or verify the content, offerings, or conduct of third parties (including, but not limited to, products or services provided by third parties or descriptions of products or services provided by third parties). Participation or availability on the Masnoofurniture platform does not amount to an endorsement or verification by us. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content posted on the Masnoofurniture platform by anyone. Restrictions. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit our content and materials in any way without our express written permission. Masnoofurniture's permission for your use of the Masnoofurniture platform expressly excludes your commercial use of any information related to product descriptions or professional listings for the benefit of another merchant. Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools in your use of the Masnoofurniture platform is expressly prohibited. You may view and print a reasonable number of copies of the web pages on the Masnoofurniture platform for your personal use, provided that you retain all proprietary notices contained in the original materials, including attribution to Masnoofurniture. Ownership. You acknowledge and agree that the Masnoofurniture platform and Masnoofurniture marks will remain the property of Masnoofurniture. The content, information, and services available on the Masnoofurniture platform are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Masnoofurniture platform.

Mobile Device Terms

If you are accessing Masnoofurniture from a mobile device using the Masnoofurniture mobile application (the "App"), the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") apply to you in addition to the mobile privacy and legal notice or end-user license agreement, as applicable. Your use of the App confirms your agreement to these Terms of Use.

Reporting Infringement of Your Intellectual Property Rights

We have adopted and implemented a copyright and trademark policy. For more information, including detailed information on how to submit a removal request if you believe that content on the Masnoofurniture platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please read our copyright and trademark policy. We have no obligation to delete content that you may find personally objectionable or offensive. We strive to respond promptly to requests for content removal, in accordance with our policies outlined above and applicable law.

Disclaimer and Limitations

Please read this section carefully as it limits the liability of Masnoofurniture entities to you.

"Masnoofurniture Entities" means Masnoofurniture Limited, and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, suppliers, licensors, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each. Each provision below applies to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

a. We provide you with the Site, Services, Information, Products, Product Descriptions, and third-party content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, Masnoofurniture Entities expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, title, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted or error-free service, and fitness for any part of the warranties and conditions beyond the scope of dealing or commercial use. b. Masnoofurniture Entities make no promises regarding, and expressly disclaim all liability for, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for: (1) content posted by any third party on the Site, (2) product descriptions, (3) third-party sites and any third-party product or service listed or accessible through the Site, and (4) the quality or conduct of any third party in connection with your use of the Site. c. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Masnoofurniture Entities will not be liable to you under any theory of liability. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that Masnoofurniture Entities will specifically not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm (even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages were foreseeable) arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or products in any way. Your use of the Site, products, information, or services is solely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Masnoofurniture and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (each, an "Indemnified Party"), from any claim made by any third party, in addition to any amounts payable to the third party whether in settlement or as may otherwise be awarded, and the reasonable legal costs incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties, arising out of or relating to your use of Masnoofurniture, any alleged breach by you of the applicable terms, and any alleged breach by you of any applicable law or regulations. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, but doing so will not excuse your indemnification obligations.

General

We reserve the right at any time to: (1) change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in accordance with applicable law; (2) change the Masnoofurniture platform, including deleting or discontinuing any information, services, or other features in whole or in part; and (3) refuse or terminate your Masnoofurniture account, or the use and access to the Masnoofurniture platform. Any changes we make to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon our making such changes to the Masnoofurniture platform. You agree that your continued use of the Masnoofurniture platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to any updates to this Agreement, you must not use the Masnoofurniture platform. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with the most current version of the Terms of Use.

Cash on Delivery Fees:

For orders paid using cash on delivery, an additional fee will be applied. This fee will be displayed during the checkout process in the order summary.
