- MASNOO is not responsible for natural variations in wood or marble grain, as these are natural characteristics of the materials and not manufacturing defects.
- All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Any claims or issues related to an order must be reported and addressed within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Storage fees apply to any order exceeding 15 days from its readiness for pickup, at a fixed rate of 3% of the total order value, for a maximum period of 6 months. To maintain the reservation, the remaining balance of the order must be paid within this period.
- The customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all products listed in the order, including their sizes, specifications, and details.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped or dispatched for delivery.

Upholstered Products
To preserve the quality and longevity of your upholstered furniture, please follow these care guidelines:
- We strongly recommend not using upholstered seating for overnight sleeping, as this may damage the cushioning and filling materials.
- Vacuum the fabric regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
- Rotate seat and back cushions periodically to ensure even wear.
- To prevent fading, keep upholstered furniture away from direct sunlight and maintain a minimum distance of 50 cm (20 inches) from heat sources.
- For spills or stains, avoid using water. Instead, use a water-free upholstery cleaning solvent recommended for fabric furniture.
- Always apply the cleaning solution to a clean cloth and test it on an inconspicuous area before treating the stain.
- Treat stains as quickly as possible. Blot liquid spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth, working from the outer edge toward the center.
- Avoid placing items that may transfer color onto fabric cushions.
- Do not use upholstered furniture outdoors or expose it to prolonged moisture or water.
- Keep sharp objects away from the fabric, as even small tears can be difficult to repair.
- If your sofa has removable back cushions (or additional loose cushions), flip and fluff them regularly to maintain their shape and comfort.
- Avoid dragging or pulling out sofa beds when repositioning them, as this may weaken the joints over time.
Wooden Products
To maintain the beauty and durability of your wooden furniture:
- Dust the surface regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Wipe up spills immediately using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh household cleaners or chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Protect wooden surfaces from liquids, excessive heat, direct sunlight, and abrasive materials.
- Always use coasters, placemats, or trivets when placing hot, cold, or damp items on the surface to preserve the finish and minimize scratches.
- To prevent discoloration or fading, keep wooden furniture out of direct sunlight and at least 50 cm (20 inches) away from heat sources.
Marble Products
Marble is a natural material that requires special care and is susceptible to sunlight, stains, scratches, and impacts.
- Clean the surface regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Wipe up spills immediately using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh household cleaners or chemicals that may damage the surface.
- Protect marble tops from hot or cold liquids, excessive heat, direct sunlight, and abrasive materials.
- Always use coasters, placemats, or trivets when placing hot, cold, or damp items on the surface to help preserve its natural finish and reduce the risk of scratches.
- To minimize fading or discoloration, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and keep marble furniture at least 50 cm (20 inches) away from heat sources.
