We will help you find the most suitable solution, whether you wish to cancel or exchange the order, provided it has not yet entered the manufacturing stage.


Delivery 🚚

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you directly to schedule a suitable delivery time.

The delivery team's role is limited to lifting products up to the third floor only.

The team is not responsible if stairwells or entrances are not suitable for the dimensions of the ordered products.

Therefore, please provide our team with all necessary details in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.


Prepare for Delivery 📝

We care about your home as much as we care about our products, so please prepare well before the delivery date.

Please observe the following points:

  • Ensure the required measurements and dimensions are correct.
  • Prepare the designated space for the new products and remove old furniture if necessary.
  • Ensure that hallways and entrances are free of any obstacles to avoid damage.
  • Keep children and pets safe and away from the work area during delivery and installation.

Please note that our team is not responsible for moving or relocating old furniture.


Plans changed? No problem 😉!

You can modify the delivery date up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

You can also request an extension of the storage period if needed.

A fixed weekly storage fee of 3% of the total order value is calculated, with a maximum of 6 months.

Storage fees apply to any order that exceeds 15 days from its readiness for pickup or delivery. To retain the order, its full value must be paid within this period.

Our team will contact you before heading to your location.

If there is no response within 30 minutes, the delivery process will be rescheduled for the nearest available time.

We meticulously pack our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Therefore, please inspect all products immediately upon receipt and ensure:

  • The products are sound and free from any damage.
  • All parts are complete.
  • Installation is correctly performed.

Wish to return or refund? 😕

At Masnoof, we are committed to providing exceptionally high-quality furniture that will be part of your home for many years.

All sales are final, and orders cannot be returned or refunded.

In case of manufacturing defects, they must be reported and addressed within 15 days from the delivery date.

Warranty and Terms 📜

We offer a 10-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing and production defects, with some exceptions listed in the warranty terms.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Damage resulting from misuse or excessive use.
  • Incorrect installation by unqualified individuals.
  • Abnormal use of furniture (e.g., standing or sitting on tables).
  • Mishandling of furniture during transport or relocation.
  • Exposure to heat, moisture, liquids, or unsuitable cleaning materials.
  • Environmental effects such as dryness or high humidity.
  • Fading of colors or damage to materials due to exposure to sunlight, UV sources, or cleaning with water.
  • Accidental damage or stains from pets, heat sources, inks, beverages, food, cosmetics, or other household stain-causing agents.
  • Unauthorized cleaning, repair, or modification attempts.
  • Natural characteristics of the materials used in the product.

Masnoof reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any warranty-related dispute.


Have a claim or complaint? 😰

Filing a claim is very easy.

As a first step, the product will be picked up from your location for thorough inspection at our warehouses.

Within 3 business days, our team will inform you of the following:

  • The actual condition of the product.
  • The potential causes of the problem.
  • The proposed solution.
  • Any applicable fees (if any).
  • Transportation fees (if any).
  • Estimated repair or replacement time.

If the proposed action is not approved, the product will be returned to you.

Please note that other issues may arise during the resolution of the primary problem.
