Warranty Period

Warranty Eligibility

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Scratches, dents, spills, burns, or any other damage resulting from external factors or accidents.
Warranty Claim Procedures

Masnoo' may request an inspection of the product to verify the defect. This may include:

If the defect is covered by the warranty, Masnoo' will — at its discretion — take one of the following actions:

Customer Responsibilities
